Requirements

Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or related subject with minimum 3 to 5 years designing, hands-on testing and commissioning Telecommunication systems in either :

Satellite Communication Systems and Networks
Page Party & PAGA Systems
HF/VHF/UHF Radios Communication Systems & Networks
Fibre Optic Systems & Networks
Telephone Switching Systems & Networks
Network Infrastructure
CCTV & Security Systems
Microwave Radios Systems
Telemetry Systems & Networks
Willing to travel overseas

Responsibilities

Engineering design work for offshore telcom system integration project

Incumbent must be able to:-

1. Select equipment that meets client specifications
2. Perform detailed system designs and drawings for fabrication
3. Perform system configuration, test procedures and acceptance process
4. Support project teams in commission and final acceptance phase
5. Undertake full spectrum of project management and engineering work including plan, implement & executive turnkey projects
6. Determine overall project goals, timelines and resources needed
7. Knowledge of PAGA, HF/VHF/UHF, Microwave, VSAT and IT networking
8. Recognize and effectively utilize available resources to the best of their ability

Work location: Singapore

Job scope includes:

• Project Management and Engineering work for offshore telecom system integration project
• Knowledge in one of the following systems: PAGA, PABX, HF/VHF/UHF, Microwave, VSAT and IT networking are essential

Incumbent must be able to:

• Manage wide spectrum systems integration projects. Undertake full spectrum of project management and engineering work including plan, implement & executing turnkey projects
• Customer centric
• Coordinate activities effectively and efficiently
• Travel for overseas project meeting
• Perform detailed system designs and drawings for fabrication
• Perform system configuration, test procedures and acceptance process
• Manage project teams in commissioning and final acceptance
• Determine overall project goals, timelines and resources
• Recognize and effectively utilize available resources

Singaporeans/Malaysians preferred

Skills Requirement:
• To perform soldering and tuning of product
• To troubleshoot PCA and products
• Read schematic diagram
• Understand basic electronics and RF telecommunication

Minimum Qualifications:
• NTC or ITC in Electronics

Work Experience
• Some work experience in electronics manufacturing environment
• Able to use simple equipment to troubleshoot such as multimeter and oscilloscope

Scope of Work
• Test, tune and troubleshoot PCA or products
• Produce output per production target

Singaporeans/Malaysians preferred

Skills Requirement:
• To perform process control on the production line and set up to ease smooth production flow
• Monitor the performance on the line output and stability and the scrap rate

Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma in Manufacturing or Electronics/Electrical Engineering

Work Experience
• Min 1-2 years in electronics product manufacturing environment
• Able to understand productivity and industrial knowledge of setting up the production line
• Hands on experience in producing the product before training the operator

Scope of Work
• Assist Senior Process AE in setting up the production line, training the operators and technicians
• Assist in documenting the procedure, PQP and WI for individual processes
• Work with QC and Production to solve process issue and able to foresee potential problem
• Assist in transferring product to production from external or internal customer
