Return Equipment for Repair (RMA) Procedure
1. Contact our Customer Service Dept. at +65-64836089 ext: 825, to request an RMA form, or download the RMA form. Complete this form and submit it to:

Once the request form is received, our Customer Service Representative will contact you with a RMA number. |
2. Upon receipt of your RMA number please ship the repair unit to:

A copy of the RMA Form with the RMA number MUST BE INCLUDED in the box(es) with the returned unit. Please do not send units the failed equipment without an RMA number. |
3. If the repair unit is out of warranty, an initial cost of USD200 for evaluation check is chargeable. We will evaluate the return failed equipment and send a repair quotation to customer. To proceed with the repair, we will require a Purchase Order. Estimated turn around time is 3- 4 weeks after receipt of Purchase Order for RMA. |
4. In the event that the component or module is permanently unavailable due to obsolescence or any other reason, we shall provide price quotation for replacing the equipment with same or functionally equivalent model within 14 days upon receiving equipment. |
